Weekly weigh in. I worked out at the gym 6 days this week. 5 cardio workouts (22 miles on the treadmill), 3 upper body workouts, 3 lower body workouts, and 5 ab workouts. I also did a 90 minute Hot Yoga class and went on a 17.25 mile bike ride. I did workout everyday this week without a break.
1 lb down…but another inch smaller.
