Week 11 of 52

March 12, 2013 by little hurdles big race

Ok I’ve been slacking in my weekly reporting.  Honestly because I haven’t been very happy with my progress on my “weigh-in” days.  I know that is unfair – if I’m going to be transparent then I need to come clean.  That’s the challenge of changing your life and making progress – you need to realize that you don’t always move forward.

So, here goes…  From week one I am down 15 lbs and have lost 8 inches.  I am happy about this because I feel like I have finally broken free from this plateau I have been on for months and months.

I’m lifting more weight which is really helping and cutting out sugar for Lent has been great.  I’m still working on those blasted core exercises I hate, but I’m still going strong on the squat challenge for March.

Little hurdles…one more behind me…
