This week I maintained my weight but lost 1 1/2 inches. Most of my lost inches has been in my waist – but this week I am happy to report for the first time I have lost a sizeable amount in my arms. Only proving that my friend the workout sadist was right – I was not lifting enough weight. Ladies this also proves that lifting weight won’t make you bulk up – it tones you up.
