I am so late in posting this – soon it will be week 14.
This week I maintained my weight but lost 1/2 an inch. On my list for the weekend is to purge some of my jeans that are gtting too loose. 🙂 I’ve been working out steady and those body weight squats are getting to be a challenge. I am on 280 tonight and will complete 300 by Easter/end of the month. At least they will be done. I’d like to say I will continue on but…I make no promises.
I’ll have a new challenge for April (my birthday month!) that I promise will be equally rugged! April also starts some pretty fun 5K’s for me – can’t wait!
