Week 14 of 52

April 2, 2013 by little hurdles big race

Well one pound up and 1/2″ smaller.  Not really surprising given the number of squats I have been doing this past month.  While I did behave myself on Easter with the end of Lent – I lost it yesterday on April Fool’s day.

While I know the scale is the enemy – I can’t not do the weigh in…

I continue to be optimistic.  Day one of the Ab challenge for April seemed daunting but I accomplished every exercise…I could do without those jackknife exercises though.  Unfortunately there are many more days of those in my future.

I’m working on increasing my incline on the treadmill and reducing the speed to get me in a better fat burning zone.  It’s also going to work my lower body better.  I’ll keep you posted on this.

Spring is almost here and I need to get my bike into the shop for an overhaul. 🙂

I know you know this, but I’m saying it anyway; muscle weighs more.
